Exceptional Rodeo 2026
Registration Instructions
Friday, October 2, 2026 · 10:00 AM · O.D. Tucker Rodeo Arena, Fort Bend County Fairgrounds
Start Here — Read this before you register!
Three things must reach us before anyone is considered “ENTERED”:
- The online registration form below — include every adult and every student/child attending.
- The signed paperwork — a Liability Form for every adult and every child.
- A Volunteer Code of Ethics for every adult or student volunteer.
We accept entries first come, first served. An entry is not in line until all parts are in our hands. Incomplete entries are held, not accepted.
Teachers and Administrators
You register your entire class. Your class is not placed in line until every student's registration and every signed form has been submitted by you. One missing form holds up the whole class, so collect everything before you send.
Parents
Register your child only if they are not attending with a school group. If your child's class is coming to the rodeo, the teacher registers your child. Do not submit a second application.
The forms you must sign and return
Download, print, and sign:
-
Release of Liability
One for every adult attending, signed by that adult. One for every child attending, signed by the parent or guardian. -
Volunteer Code of Ethics
One for every adult or student volunteer working the event.
Return them in one of three ways:

| Fax | 832-532-3684 |
| entries@exceptionalrodeo.com |
All signed forms must be in our hands before the event. No child participates without them.
Deadline
All registrations and all signed forms must be received by:
4:00 PM, Friday, September 11, 2026.
Space is limited and may fill before the deadline. Do not wait.
The Rules — Please don't ask us to make an exception
- Every child must be registered individually, whether the entry comes from a parent or a school.
- If you have more than one child with special needs, complete a separate entry for each.
- Siblings without special needs are welcome to come and watch, but they may not participate.
- Barbara Magana Robertson confirms every accepted entry by phone or email. If you have not heard from Barbara, your acceptance to this year's event is not confirmed. There are no exceptions to this.
